About the Space

The Birdie Gallery is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Noblesville, nestled along the White River. This beautiful building, which originated as a church, is brimming with character and history. The space works great for small to medium sized groups, with a small stage and a seating capacity of 70, or 40 people if tables are utilized. There is one bathroom and a small kitchenette for use. The rental also includes the use of 6-ft tables and folding chairs, as well as access to a projector, screen, and microphone and speaker if needed.

What is the cost?

The rental fee is $50/hour for non-members, $25/hour for members, with a $50 deposit upon booking, which may be used toward the rental fee. The remainder of the rental fee is due at the time of the event.

What does that include?

Your rental includes the use of the building during the time requested. The rental also includes the use of 6-ft tables and folding chairs, as well as access to a projector, screen, and microphone and speaker if needed.

How many people fit inside?

70 people with chairs or 40 people with tables and chairs

How far in advance do we need to schedule?

We can accommodate most requests with at least 1 or 2 weeks notice, depending on availability. You can check the calendar here to see availability.  

Can we serve food or alcohol at our event?

Yes! There is a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge that you may use, as well. You will need to provide your own serving dishes. Alcohol may be allowed based upon local and state laws, but permits may be required. Reach out to info@hcaa-in.org with questions and make sure to let us know if you want to serve alcohol at your event.

Can we decorate for our event?

Yes, you may decorate, as long as you use the proper adhesives and no artwork within the gallery is touched or moved. You are responsible to make sure that all decorations are removed after your event.

Do parties need to be art-related?

Nope! We have held many different types of events, including book clubs, homeschool classes, knitting groups, poetry jams, etc.

Is there parking at the gallery?

Yes. There is a small parking lot (that fits 3 cars), as well as free street parking all around.

Can we come to check out the space before we book our event?

Absolutely! We are usually open every Saturday, February-November. We can also schedule a separate time if that doesn't work for you. *Our hours have been cut back dramatically due to Covid restrictions, so please check with us before stopping by.

What precautions are being taken to comply with CDC recommendations?

We have our gallery space regularly cleaned and disinfected. We will provide masks for visitors during our open hours, if they choose to wear them. We encourage all guests to use proper social distancing during their events and take care to clean thoroughly after your event.

How do we book our party/event/class?
